1.1 You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account on 786brt and to use any part of the Platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration.

1.2 786brt reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any player at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by a recognised authority in Bangladesh.

1.3 If you are found to be under the age of 21 at any point, 786brt will immediately suspend your account, void all bets placed, and return any deposited funds (net of any withdrawals already made) to the payment method used for deposit. Any winnings accumulated on an underage account will be forfeited.

1.4 The Platform is intended for players located in Bangladesh. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of 786brt complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. 786brt makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in all locations from which it may be accessed.

1.5 Employees, directors, contractors, and immediate family members of 786brt and its affiliated companies are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in any real-money wagering activity on the Platform.

2.1 To access real-money features on 786brt, you must register a player account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes.

2.2 Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the Platform. Opening duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, payment method, device, IP address, or household — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

2.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 786brt Login credentials (username and password). 2.5 786brt reserves the right to refuse account registration or to close an existing account at its sole discretion, with or without cause, subject to returning any undisputed real-money balance to the player's verified payment method.

3.1 786brt accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All account balances, wagering amounts, and winning amounts displayed on the Platform are denominated in BDT.

3.2 The following payment methods are currently accepted on 786brt: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum limits may apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

3.3 You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members, friends, or business associates — are not permitted. 786brt reserves the right to void transactions and forfeit associated winnings where third-party payment sources are identified.

3.4 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process by submitting a valid government-issued photo identification document.

3.5 786brt aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 15 to 30 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket). Processing times for card withdrawals may vary. During periods of high volume or for large withdrawal amounts, additional review time may be required.

3.6 786brt does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction fees in accordance with their own terms of service. 786brt has no control over and is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment providers.

3.7 Deposited funds that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to an administrative handling fee of up to 10% upon withdrawal, to cover payment processing costs. Funds that have been wagered are not subject to this condition.

4.1 786brt may from time to time offer bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All such offers are subject to specific terms published at the time the offer is made, in addition to these general Terms.

4.2 Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Failing to meet wagering requirements within the stated time limit will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

4.3 Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account closure:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms through matched betting, arbitrage, or any other systematic strategy.

4.4 786brt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bets already placed and accepted.

4.5 Where a technical error results in a bonus being incorrectly credited to a player's account, 786brt reserves the right to correct the error and reclaim any incorrectly credited funds, including any winnings generated from those funds.

5.1 All bets placed on 786brt are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or market in question. These rules are accessible within each game and betting market on the Platform. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the applicable rules before placing a wager.

5.2 Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. 786brt reserves the right to void bets where a manifest error has occurred — including but not limited to incorrectly stated odds, system errors, or data feed failures — regardless of whether the bet has been settled.

5.3 For sports betting markets (including cricket BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international matches, and other events), 786brt uses live data feeds from recognised sports data providers. In the event of a discrepancy between a live data feed result and the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, FIFA, BPL governing board), the official result shall prevail for settlement purposes.

5.4 Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of live data. 786brt reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any time without notice, including during periods of technical difficulty or where the integrity of the event is in question.

5.5 The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tools designed to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform is strictly prohibited. Detection of such activity will result in the immediate suspension of the relevant account and the voiding of all associated bets and winnings.

5.6 786brt's decision on all betting disputes, errors, and queries is final and binding. Any disputes must be raised with 786brt customer support within 30 days of the relevant event or transaction.
